ARTIST'S COMMENT I began to allow a hint of irony to slip into some of my work during this period. Here, I returned to my recurring theme of a graceful winged figure. As the title suggests, she may be simply dreaming of returning to the home of her childhood, but it is also a comment on the refusal to outgrow childish attachments.
