ARTIST'S COMMENT

During this period, I was in a phase of revisiting earlier successes. I had just completed Dreamflight, my most ambitious winged-figure painting and so thought of picking up where I left off with The Immortal Light, my last epic landscape painting. I built this extra large canvas and decided to take as much time as I needed to complete it.

This painting has been published as a greeting card, exhibited in galleries in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, and Tokyo, but is still one of the few originals that is still available.
